If you happened to receive the prints in awful condition upon arrival, please drop us an email at hakkencoser.team@gmail.com 

within 3 days after receiving your order and include your order number in the email (example: #00010).

Please note that orders are refundable/exchangeable ONLY when there is damage to the prints upon arrival, other reasons such as 'I don't like it' or 'I ordered by accident' etc. will not be entertained.
